Branch Head

Homzinterio is looking for an experienced Branch Head to take complete ownership of the Kharghar branch. The role will be responsible for managing the Sales and Interior Design teams, driving revenue and profitability, ensuring excellent customer experience, and achieving overall branch growth.

Key Responsibilities

Take complete ownership of branch sales, revenue, profitability and growth.
Lead, manage, motivate, and monitor the Sales and Interior Design teams.
Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual branch targets.
Monitor the complete sales funnel from lead generation to order closure.
Drive lead conversion, site visits, design presentations, negotiations, and closures.
Ensure strong coordination between Sales and Design teams for smooth customer handover and conversion.
Review design proposals and ensure quality, timelines, and alignment with customer requirements.
Handle key clients, high-value projects, and customer escalations.
Ensure a premium and professional customer experience throughout the sales and design journey.
Develop the Kharghar and Navi Mumbai market through networking, referrals and local business opportunities.
Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and coach team members to achieve targets able to manage CRM

Candidate Profile

- 0-12+ years of experience in Interior Design, Home Interiors, Modular Interiors.
- Proven experience managing Sales and Interior Design teams preferred.
- Strong leadership, sales, negotiation, customer management, and business-development skills.
- Strong understanding of interior design and customer requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-driven, commercially strong, and customer-focused.
- Ability to lead teams, handle escalations, and drive business independently.
