About the Role

We are hiring a Partner Manager to build and grow PoCForge's channel and alliance partnerships. You will recruit, onboard and enable partners such as IT service providers, MSPs/MSSPs, compliance consultancies, audit firms and resellers who refer or resell our penetration testing and VAPT services.

Responsibilities

- Identify, recruit and sign new referral, reseller and technology partners in India and international markets

- Onboard and enable partners with pitch material, pricing, service briefs and joint go-to-market plans

- Own partner-sourced pipeline and revenue targets, and track them in the CRM

- Run regular business reviews with partners and grow revenue from existing relationships

- Work with our sales and technical teams on joint proposals, scoping and deal registration

- Negotiate partner agreements, commission structures and co-marketing activities

Qualifications

- 4-8 years of experience in partner,



channel or alliance management, ideally in cybersecurity, IT services or SaaS

- Proven track record of building partner programmes that generated measurable revenue

- Understanding of security services such as VAPT and compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS)

- Strong negotiation, relationship-building and presentation skills in English

- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce or similar)

Nice to Have

- Existing network of MSPs, MSSPs, auditors or compliance consultants

- Experience managing international partners (US, UK, Middle East, APAC)

What We Offer

- Base salary: Rs 8,00,000 - 14,00,000 per year plus performance incentives

- Fully remote role for candidates based in Delhi

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
