We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory tests, handling samples, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring accurate and timely results.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, receive, label, and process laboratory samples according to standard procedures.
- Perform routine laboratory tests and maintain accurate records of results.
- Carry out microscopy and microscopic examination of samples.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Follow standard laboratory protocols, safety guidelines, and quality control procedures.
- Prepare reagents, solutions, and laboratory materials as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the laboratory.
- Ensure proper storage and disposal of samples and laboratory waste.
- Maintain proper documentation and laboratory records.
- Report any abnormal findings, equipment issues, or discrepancies to the concerned supervisor.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT) or relevant field.
- Valuable knowledge of laboratory procedures and sample handling.
- Hands-on experience in microscopy is required.
- Basic knowledge of laboratory equipment and diagnostic procedures.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Prior laboratory experience will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹8,100.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
