Your work profile

We are seeking an experienced ENOVIA 3DEXPERIENCE Customization to join our Automotive Motors GCC in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, customizing, and supporting enterprise PLM solutions on the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform. The candidate will work closely with global engineering, product development, and digital transformation teams to implement scalable PLM solutions supporting the complete vehicle and motor development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the ENOVIA 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
- Configure and customize ENOVIA business processes, data models, workflows, and user interfaces.
- Develop server-side and client-side customizations using Java, JPOs, TCL/MQL, REST APIs, and Web Services.
- Customize and support ENOVIA applications including:
- Engineering Central
- Program Central
- Change Action Management
- Configuration Management
- Document Management
- Parts & BOM Management
- Integrate ENOVIA with enterprise systems such as:
- SAP
- ERP systems
- MES
- CAD integrations (CATIA, NX, Creo)
- Develop and maintain automation scripts, data migration tools, and system interfaces.
- Participate in solution architecture discussions and recommend best practices for PLM implementation.
- Analyze business requirements from engineering and manufacturing stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.




- Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support.
- Support release management, deployment activities, and upgrade initiatives across global environments.
- Ensure compliance with PLM governance, security standards, and configuration management processes.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the PLM team.

Key skills required

- 7–8 years of hands-on experience in ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE customization and development.
- Robust experience with:
- ENOVIA V6 / 3DEXPERIENCE architecture
- JPO Development
- MQL/TCL scripting
- Java/J2EE
- REST APIs
- Web Services (SOAP/REST)
- XML, JSON
- JavaScript
- Experience in ENOVIA data model customization and schema management.
- Hands-on experience in workflow customization and trigger development.
- Robust understanding of PLM concepts:
- Product Structure Management
- Change Management
- Configuration Management
- Part Lifecycle Management
- Engineering Release Processes
- Experience in ENOVIA integrations with SAP or other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with CATIA and CAD data management.
- Experience working with Oracle/SQL databases.
- Knowledge of deployment and environment management.
- Domain Expertise
- Strong understanding of Automotive Product Development processes.
- Experience supporting:
- Vehicle Engineering
- Powertrain/Motor Development
- Product Lifecycle Management
- Engineering Change Management
- Bill of Material (BOM) Management
- Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Dassault Systèmes ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE certifications preferred.
- Experience in global delivery models and GCC environments.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to cloud-based 3DEXPERIENCE deployments is an advantage.
