Job Title: Payment Collection Officer
Job Description:
We are looking for a Payment Collection Officer to handle client payment follow ups and maintain payment records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with clients for pending payments through calls, WhatsApp & email.
- Prepare and send payment reminder emails.
- Maintain payment follow up records and reports.
- Coordinate with the accounts team regarding outstanding payments.
- Update payment details in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in payment follow up/collection.
- Valuable communication skills.
- Good knowledge of email drafting.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and Tally Prime.
- Confident and professional while communicating with clients.
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 1+ Year
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
