Hiring: Front Desk Receptionist

Location: J.P. Nagar, Bengaluru
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM
Job Type: Full-time / Clinic Front Desk

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and responsible Front Desk Receptionist to join our shared clinic setup in J.P. Nagar, Bengaluru, serving both a Physiotherapy Clinic and an ENT Clinic.

The selected candidate will manage the common front desk, coordinate patient appointments, handle enquiries, and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for patients visiting both departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend incoming phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage patient appointments.
- Welcome patients and guide them at the reception.
- Coordinate patient flow between the Physiotherapy and ENT departments.
- Maintain appointment records and basic front-desk documentation.
- Assist with basic billing, payment coordination, and receipts.
- Communicate professionally with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments when required.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area.




- Handle daily reception activities efficiently and maintain patient confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polite, patient, and professional attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.
- Ability to manage calls, appointments, and patient enquiries efficiently.
- Previous experience in a clinic or hospital front desk will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
