Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional, and efficient bar service.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
- Have valuable knowledge of different types of spirits, wines, beers, cocktails, and bar ingredients.
- Recommend beverages to guests based on their preferences and requirements.
- Ensure proper measurement and consistent preparation of all drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar counter, equipment, glassware, and work area.
- Check and maintain adequate stock of liquor, mixers, garnishes, fruits, and other bar consumables.
- Follow proper procedures for opening, closing, and securing the bar.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the Bar Manager/F&B; Manager about shortages or requirements.
- Assist in daily bar inventory and stock reconciliation.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of beverages and other bar items.




- Operate the POS/billing system accurately and ensure all orders are properly billed.
- Handle cash and card transactions as per company procedures, where applicable.
- Assist in setting up the bar for functions, banquets, parties, and special events.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, fire safety, and workplace safety procedures.
- Minimize wastage, breakage, and spillage and report any unusual loss immediately.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a hotel, resort, restaurant, club, or similar establishment.
- Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage preparation.
- Knowledge of bar equipment and proper glassware selection.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
