About the Role

Cuirass Doors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between customers, the sales team, and internal departments.

The role involves customer follow-ups, order coordination, payment follow-ups, and working towards assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with the sales team for timely responses.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other sales-related documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Maintain and update customer details, sales records, and follow-up status.
- Monitor pending enquiries, quotations, and orders and ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Service, Dispatch, Production, and other departments for smooth order processing.
- Follow up with customers to support order conversion and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Work towards assigned sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
- Provide regular updates to the sales team regarding customer requirements and order status.
- Assist the sales team with daily sales coordination and reporting.




- Handle customer queries professionally and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to sales activities.
- Perform other sales coordination responsibilities assigned by the management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Customer Coordination, or a similar role.
- Freshers with good communication and coordination skills are encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in English, Tamil, and Hindi is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Target-oriented approach with the ability to work towards assigned goals.
- Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
- Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates with experience or interest in the doors, building materials, construction, interior, or related industries will be an advantage.
