Job Description

- Handle end to end recruitment.
- To pre-screen all resumes.
- Source candidates through job portals, calls and reference.(job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews)
- To share adds/job post related to recruitment in the newspaper.
- Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interviews.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interviews and joining details.
- Maintain candidate data and recruitment reports.
- Coordinate with HR head and other department for manpower requirements.
- To line up interviews as per the schedule given by HR head and top management.
- Provide administrative support.

Requirements:

- Graduate / Pursuing Graduation.
- Fresher can apply.
- Valuable communication and convincing skill
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Good in Hindi, Marathi & English communication
