1. Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Logistics Head to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, stock auditing, and logistics activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SAP, warehouse management, and FMCG-sector operations, along with the ability to manage warehouse performance and coordinate activities across multiple locations in Kerala.

2. Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

- Manage and supervise day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Ensure efficient receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of goods.
- Monitor warehouse productivity, operational efficiency, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and operational standards.

Inventory and Stock Management

- Oversee inventory control and stock accuracy.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.
- Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure proper inventory records and timely reporting.

SAP and Reporting

- Use SAP for inventory management, stock tracking, and warehouse-related transactions.
- Maintain accurate warehouse and inventory documentation.
- Prepare periodic operational reports and performance updates.

Team Management

- Supervise warehouse personnel and coordinate daily activities.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor employee performance.
- Support team development,



discipline, and productivity.

Logistics Coordination

- Coordinate logistics and warehouse activities across different company locations in Kerala.
- Travel to various warehouses as required.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.

3. Required Qualifications and Experience

- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Demonstrated experience in warehouse supervision or management.
- Robust knowledge of inventory management and stock auditing.
- Good proficiency in SAP and warehouse-related systems.
- Understanding of warehouse processes, logistics coordination, and operational reporting.
