As a Senior Graphic Designer and Visualizer, the person will play a pivotal role in translating concepts and ideas into visually compelling designs that resonate with our audience. His responsibilities will include:

- Conceptualizing and creating high-quality visual assets for various platforms, including digital, print, and multimedia.
- Leading and managing a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of outstanding design solutions.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and UX/UI to develop cohesive visual strategies that support business objectives.
- Staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously innovate and elevate our visual brand identity.
- Overseeing the entire design process, from initial ideation and sketching to final execution and production, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Conducting regular reviews and critiques of design work to maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and creativity.
- Serving as a brand ambassador, upholding brand guidelines and standards across all design touchpoints to ensure brand integrity and coherence.
- Collaborating with external vendors, agencies,



and freelancers as needed to supplement internal capabilities and meet project requirements.
- Contributing to the development and evolution of our design processes, tools, and workflows to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Demonstrating leadership and inspiring excellence within the design team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

To excel in this role, He/She will need a solid portfolio showcasing your expertise in graphic design, visual communication, and creative problem-solving. He/She should also possess excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is essential, along with a keen eye for detail and a passion for design excellence
