About the role

We are looking for passionate hospitality professionals with a guest-first attitude to join our team. You will help deliver a warm, professional experience to every guest in your department.

Key responsibilities (by role)

F&B; Service GSA: Welcome guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain table and outlet standards.

Housekeeping GSA: Clean and prepare guest rooms to hotel standards and restock amenities.

Public Area Attendant: Keep the lobby, corridors, restrooms and other public areas clean and presentable.

Bell Boy: Assist guests with luggage, arrival and departure, and general guidance.

Front Office Associate: Handle check-in and check-out, reservations,



guest queries and billing.

Engineering: Maintain and repair electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems, and ensure equipment safety.

Accountant: Manage daily accounts, billing, reconciliations and financial records.

Requirements

- Minimum age: 18 years
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management
- Relevant hotel industry experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a welcoming personality
- Strong commitment to service excellence

Compensation

₹13,000 to ₹15,000 per month

₹1,56,000 to ₹1,80,000 per year (₹1.56 to 1.80 lakh per annum)
