Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant Manager to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, financial reporting, and statutory compliance, along with practical experience in accounting software.

Candidates residing in Ranipet, Arcot, Walajapet, Vellore, and nearby areas are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
- Prepare and verify sales invoices, purchase bills,



payment vouchers, and receipts.
- Assist in GST returns, TDS compliance, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and account summaries.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up on pending payments.
- Assist with monthly and annual closing of accounts.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, customers, and internal departments.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
- Support the Accounts Manager and management in financial analysis and reporting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
