Job Summary

SPAR Hypermarket at Brookefields Mall, Coimbatore, is hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented candidates for the position of Part-Time Retail Associate (Customer Service Associate & Cashier).

The role involves assisting customers, managing billing operations, maintaining product displays, and supporting daily supermarket activities. We welcome freshers who are eager to learn and build experience in the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with product enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle billing operations using POS billing systems.
- Process cash, card, UPI, and other approved payment transactions.
- Support shelf replenishment, product arrangement, and merchandise displays.
- Check product prices, labels, and expiry dates.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across the store.
- Resolve basic customer queries and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
- Follow store operating procedures, hygiene standards, and safety guidelines.




- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient store operations.

Eligibility and Skills

- Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass; graduates may also apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Good communication and basic numerical skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
