Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-oriented Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with retail shop owners, business partners, and product suppliers. The candidate will act as a key point of contact between the company, its retail partners, and suppliers, ensuring smooth coordination, resolving operational issues, and supporting long-term business growth.

The role involves a combination of office-based coordination and field visits to shops, suppliers, and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with local shop owners, retailers, and product suppliers.
- Conduct regular field visits to partner shops and suppliers to understand their requirements and maintain engagement.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding product availability, pricing, stock updates, and timely fulfilment.
- Maintain regular communication with shop owners to address queries, resolve complaints, and improve partner satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen existing partnerships and expand the company's retail network.
- Coordinate with internal sales, inventory, and operations teams to ensure smooth business processes.
- Follow up on pending orders, stock issues, deliveries, payments, and other partner-related matters.
- Collect feedback from retailers and suppliers and communicate suggestions to management.
- Maintain accurate records of partner details, interactions, follow-ups, and issues using company tools or spreadsheets.
- Monitor partner engagement and identify opportunities to improve retention and business performance.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on field visits, partner relationships,



supplier coordination, and resolved issues.

Requirements

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Comfortable interacting with shop owners, suppliers, and business stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel locally for regular field visits across Indore.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and business communication.
- Good organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Prior experience in relationship management, B2B sales, retail operations, vendor management, or customer success is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.

Work Structure

Office responsibilities

- Supplier and retailer coordination.
- Follow-ups, reporting, and documentation.
- Resolving partner queries and coordinating with internal teams.
- Monitoring ongoing business relationships.

Field responsibilities

- Visiting partner shops and suppliers.
- Building and strengthening business relationships.
- Understanding partner requirements and collecting feedback.
- Addressing operational concerns and identifying recent business opportunities.
