The ideal candidate will be responsible for both application development and production support, including troubleshooting, incident management, deployment support, and performance optimization. The role requires hands-on experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, log monitoring,

- Strong experience in application monitoring using Grafana (and similar tools): building/maintaining dashboards, tracking application health, response times, throughput, error rates, CPU/memory, pod health and infrastructure metrics; improving alert/monitoring coverage.
- Experience with FeedHub or equivalent enterprise feed platforms: monitoring feeds/integrations, troubleshooting failed/delayed/incomplete feeds, validating dependencies/data availability, analyzing events/logs and performing RCA for recurring feed issues.
- Hands-on with AutoSys for job and workflow monitoring: identifying and resolving failed/delayed/stuck jobs, analyzing schedules, dependencies, conditions and logs; performing restart/rerun as per approved production procedures.
- Capable of providing L1/L2 support across applications and batches: investigating application, performance, integration and batch issues; analyzing logs, stack traces and metrics; participating in incident bridges/war rooms and coordinating with dev/infra/partner teams.
- Experience working within enterprise incident, problem and change management frameworks (e.g., ITIL), including production deployment/rollback coordination and adherence to governance and approval processes.
- Working knowledge of Java/Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kubernetes, Docker, Prometheus, Splunk/ELK, Git, CI/CD, Jenkins and DevOps practices, with SQL skills and exposure to at least one major cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Ability to track and improve production availability, latency, error rates, incident trends; enhance monitoring/alert coverage and automation; optimize batch/feed processing and overall application performance.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; clear communication and stakeholder management; high ownership and accountability under production pressure and tight SLAs.
- Proven ability to work effectively with development, infrastructure, business and upstream/downstream teams across locations and time zones, especially during incidents and major releases.
