Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Loan Operations Manager to own end-to-end loan processing, manage a team of Eight Loan Operations Executives, and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant loan disbursements.The role requires strong hands-on NBFC lending operations experience, effective team management, and the ability to improve processing efficiency, operational controls, and MIS across our lending portfolio.Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Loan Operations: Manage the complete loan lifecycle, from application processing, documentation, and pre-disbursement checks to disbursement, post-disbursement activities, and loan closure.
- Team Management: Lead, supervise, and monitor the productivity and performance of four Loan Operations Executives, ensuring explicit accountability and timely execution.
- Turnaround Time & Quality: Track processing timelines, pending applications, disbursement targets, documentation accuracy, and operational errors.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Credit, Finance, and Collections to resolve bottlenecks and ensure smooth loan processing.
- Operational MIS: Maintain daily and monthly MIS covering application status, processing TAT, pending files, disbursements, productivity, and operational performance.
- Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to approved credit policies, sanction conditions, documentation standards, maker-checker controls, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify operational gaps and improve efficiency through standard operating procedures, automation, and effective use of LOS/LMS platforms.
- Management Reporting: Provide regular updates on operational performance, resource capacity, delays,



exceptions, and corrective actions.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in loan operations within an NBFC or lending institution.
- Prior experience managing or supervising a loan operations team.
- Strong understanding of loan documentation, credit-sanction conditions, disbursement controls, and post-disbursement processes.
- Good analytical, coordination, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting; experience with LOS/LMS platforms is preferred.

- Timely loan processing and disbursement against agreed turnaround times.
- Team productivity and effective allocation of operational workload.
- Accuracy and completeness of loan documentation and system records.
- Reduction in processing delays, rework, and operational errors.
- Timely completion of pre- and post-disbursement activities.
- Compliance with internal controls, approved processes, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Accurate and timely operational MIS and escalation of pending or overdue tasks.
- Continuous improvement in operational efficiency and scalability.
