Service Engineer - Mumbai

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to handle the installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment such as Fryers, Dosa Matic machines, and other kitchen equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical troubleshooting skills, good customer-handling abilities, and a willingness to travel for field service assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and commission commercial kitchen equipment at customer locations.
- Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Fryers, Dosa Matic machines, and other kitchen equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and routine servicing to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Provide technical support to customers and dealers through onsite visits and remote assistance.
- Identify equipment faults and implement timely and effective technical solutions.
- Maintain accurate service reports, records, and documentation.




- Coordinate with customers and dealers to understand technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service and technical support.

Required Skills

- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on experience with field service and equipment maintenance.
- Good customer handling and communication skills.
- Robust problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Proficiency in service reporting and documentation.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field service requirements.

Educational Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

- 1–4 years of relevant experience in field service.
