Role Overview:
Responsible for converting admission leads into enrolments by counselling parents, explaining the school’s academic offerings, and ensuring a smooth admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contact and follow up with prospective parents to generate school visits.
- Counsel parents on the curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and admission process.
- Conduct school tours and address parents’ queries.
- Follow up regularly with interested parents to convert leads into admissions.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead management and follow-ups.
- Maintain daily reports of calls, school visits, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Achieve assigned admission targets.

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Positive communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
