Experience: 4–7 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the daily kitchen operations.
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth service.
- Maintain food quality, taste, presentation & consistency.
- Ensure hygiene, food safety & kitchen SOPs.
- Manage inventory, portion control & food wastage.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff.
- Assist in menu development and new dish trials.
- Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of orders.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of relevant restaurant/hospitality experience.
- Strong knowledge of Indian & Continental cuisine.
- Good leadership and team-management skills.
- Knowledge of food costing, hygiene & kitchen operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
Pay: ₹8,900.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
