Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Associate with strong communication, client-handling, and negotiation skills to drive sales, manage client relationships, and deliver a seamless artist-booking experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and drive B2B and B2C sales through calls, emails, and digital channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable artists, performers, and entertainment packages.
- Manage client inquiries, follow-ups, negotiations, and bookings.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking execution.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing.
- Experience in B2B/B2C sales, lead generation,



and client relationship management.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Robust follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Proficiency in English required.
