About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Social Media Growth Specialist to join our growing team in Bangalore.

This is not simply a social media posting role.

We are specifically looking for someone who understands how to build views quickly, increase organic reach and grow audiences across social media platforms.

You should understand what makes content perform, how social media algorithms distribute content, how to identify trends early and how to turn creative ideas into videos and posts capable of reaching large audiences.

Our goal is simple: create content that people actually watch, engage with and share.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

You will take an active role in growing our social media presence across platforms including:

- Instagram
- TikTok
- YouTube and YouTube Shorts
- Facebook
- LinkedIn

Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing strategies to rapidly increase views, reach, followers and engagement
- Identifying trending topics, formats, sounds and content styles
- Researching successful and viral content within relevant markets
- Developing strong hooks and content concepts designed to capture attention immediately
- Planning Reels, Shorts and other short-form video content
- Working closely with video editors and content creators
- Testing different content formats and publishing strategies
- Understanding the best times, frequency and methods for publishing content
- Monitoring performance and identifying why particular content succeeds or underperforms




- Using analytics to continuously improve content
- Repurposing successful concepts across multiple platforms
- Identifying opportunities to react quickly to emerging trends
- Developing strategies to convert increased reach into followers, enquiries and customers

We Are Looking for Someone Who Understands Growth

We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate that they have previously grown social media accounts or generated significant organic views.

You should understand concepts such as:

- Audience retention and watch time
- Scroll-stopping hooks
- Short-form video strategy
- Viral and shareable content
- Algorithm-driven distribution
- Trend identification
- Content testing
- Organic audience growth
- Engagement rates
- Click-through rates
- Calls to action
- Social media analytics

You should be comfortable looking at the performance of a piece of content and explaining why it achieved 500 views instead of 50,000 – and what you would change to improve the next one.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will:

- Have previous experience in social media growth, digital content or a similar role




- Have a proven track record of increasing views and organic reach
- Understand how to grow accounts without relying solely on paid advertising
- Be highly familiar with Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
- Understand current social media trends and online culture
- Be analytical as well as creative
- Be comfortable experimenting and testing new ideas
- Move quickly when a new trend or opportunity emerges
- Have robust written and spoken English
- Be confident contributing their own ideas rather than simply waiting for instructions

Results Matter

For this position, we are more interested in what you have achieved than how many years you have worked in social media.

Candidates should be prepared to show examples of:

- Accounts they have helped grow
- High-performing or viral content they have worked on
- View and engagement figures
