Job Summary

We are looking for energetic Data Collection Executives to conduct field visits across Chennai and collect accurate data on ongoing residential and commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

· Visit daily assigned locations / pincodes.

· Identify ongoing residential & commercial projects.

· Collect complete project details including builder name, project location, project status, configuration, pricing and contact details.

· Capture clear project/site photographs.

· Update collected information in the assigned data format/app.

· Ensure accurate and complete data collection within daily targets.

· Share daily field visit and data updates with the team.





Candidate Requirements

· Freshers and part time candidates are welcome.

· Good communication and observation skills.

· Comfortable with field travel across Chennai.

· Smartphone required for photographs and data updates.

· Candidates interested in real estate, field research or market data collection are preferred.
