Role Overview

You will manage the day-to-day retail experience at the store — assisting customers, driving sales, managing stock, and representing Capsul’s culture.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Sales

- Engage with customers and help them discover the right fits and products
- Tell the story of Capsul and the brands we carry
- Convert store traffic into sales and meet store targets
- Share insights about customer preferences with the core team

Store Operations

- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the store
- Maintain a positive and collaborative store environment
- Follow Capsul’s policies and visual merchandising standards

Omnichannel Orders

- Pick and pack online orders when required
- Coordinate with delivery partners for smooth pickups
- Process returns with the Capsul logistics team

Stock Management

- Maintain accurate inventory and stockroom organization
- Conduct regular stock checks
- Ensure zero loss, theft,



or misplacement of products

Visual Merchandising

- Keep the store visually sharp and well presented
- Maintain consistent brand displays across the store

Community & Culture

- Represent Capsul within Hyderabad’s streetwear community
- Support store events, collaborations, and activations

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

- Fashion retail: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

- English, Hindi, Telgu (Required)
