Key Responsibilities

- Food Setup & Replenishment: Arrange buffet stations, salad bars, and beverage counters, ensuring hot and cold items are fresh, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
- Guest & Colleague Service: Greet staff or visitors politely, answer questions about menu options, and assist with special dietary requests.
- Cleanliness & Sanitation: Clean dining tables, wipe down counters, clear used dishware, and sanitize work surfaces following strict health codes.
- Dishwashing & Kitchen Support: Operate industrial dishwashers, wash glassware and cutlery, and assist chefs with basic ingredient prep when needed.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor food and beverage supplies, restock condiments, and report low inventory or broken equipment to management.




- Requirements & Skills
- Hygiene & Grooming: Maintain flawless personal presentation and adhere to strict five-star hospitality grooming standards.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate loads (up to 30–50 lbs) throughout a shift.
- Communication: Friendly, skilled interpersonal skills with basic English proficiency.
- Safety Knowledge: Understanding of food safety guidelines (such as HACCP or local health department regulations).
