Job Overview

We are hiring experienced candidates for the International Voice Process. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in international calling and possess excellent spoken English and customer-handling skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in international calling
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent listening, probing, and customer-handling skills
- Ability to handle international customer queries professionally

Salary and Advantages

- CTC: ₹3.6 LPA to ₹3.9 LPA
- Approximate In-Hand Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
- Salary Hike: Up to 30% over the last drawn salary, subject to the maximum salary offer

Work Schedule

- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Weekly Offs: 2 rotational offs
- Shift: Rotational shifts

Job Responsibilities





- Handle customer interactions for an International Travel Voice Process.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate, professional support.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining service quality.
- Use effective probing and active listening to identify customer needs.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with international customers.
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and customer service standards.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through professional query resolution.
