Job Summary

Tricore Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic, target-oriented Sales Executives to promote and sell residential real estate projects, including villas, apartments, and plotted developments. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through calls, references, digital campaigns, and walk-ins.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and amenities.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into bookings.
- Maintain customer information and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Negotiate effectively and support customers throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Coordinate with marketing,



CRM, and sales teams for smooth execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales; real estate experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Customer-focused and target-driven approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for property site visits.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
