Key Responsibilities
- Operations Oversight: Manage daily shift activities, coordinate production schedules, and monitor output to meet goals.
- Safety & Compliance (HSE): Enforce strict safety protocols, ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain regulatory compliance
- Team Leadership: Train new workers on standard operating procedures (SOPs), assign daily tasks, conduct performance appraisals, and resolve workplace conflicts.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive checks, report equipment malfunctions, and minimize operational downtime.
- Quality Control: Monitor product standards, perform quality checks, and use root-cause analysis to address production defects.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
