- Experience with Mitsubishi & Siemens PLC systems with 2 to 4 years exp.
- Hands-on experience with HMI systems
- Strong knowledge of PLC hardware & software (Preferably Siemens)
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (Preferably C++)
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams & logical flow charts
- Experience in Robotic/Automation projects (Automobile industry preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valuable communication (oral & written)
- Strong organizational & time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- High attention to detail
- Raspberry pi 5, IOT G.0Understand client requirements (Electrical & Mechanical)
- Develop PLC programs using automation software
- Interpret logical flow diagrams and electrical drawings
- Design & draft 2D/3D layouts (if required)
- Install,
test & commission PLC systems at site (India/Abroad)
- Conduct system reliability testing
- Troubleshoot and resolve system faults
- Supervise installation activities
- Prepare user manuals and safety documentation
- Provide technical guidance to technicians
- Conduct training sessions for technicians & team members
- Maintain and upgrade PLC programs
- Coordinate with Engineering & Production teams
