About the Role

Nestopia Interiors is looking for a responsible, proactive, and hands-on Junior Site Engineer who can work closely with Project Managers and support the successful execution of interior projects.

The ideal candidate should be an all-rounder who is willing to take ownership, coordinate with different teams, monitor site activities, and ensure work is completed as per the required quality, timelines, and project standards.

This role is suitable for someone who is ready to work on-site, take responsibility, solve problems, and grow into a strong project execution qualified.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing interior projects.
- Regularly visit and monitor project sites.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other site teams.
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor daily site progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
- Take responsibility for assigned site activities and ensure timely completion.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Manager to resolve them quickly.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure materials are available when required.
- Monitor material usage and help avoid unnecessary wastage.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as required.




- Assist in measurements, quantity calculations, and basic site documentation.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and relevant project records.
- Follow up with workers and contractors to ensure work progresses as planned.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline at the project site.
- Support the Project Manager in coordinating multiple activities simultaneously.
- Handle basic site-level responsibilities independently when required.
- Be flexible to take up additional responsibilities based on project requirements.

What We Are Looking For

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in site execution/interior projects; freshers with the right attitude may also be considered.
- Basic understanding of interior execution and construction activities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to understand drawings and basic measurements.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Comfortable working at project sites and coordinating with different teams.
- Should be proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Must be ready to take ownership and responsibility for assigned work.




- Should be comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment.
- Ability to work under the guidance of Project Managers while gradually handling responsibilities independently.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, or other project-related software will be an added advantage.
