We are looking for a responsible and experienced Maintenance Supervisor with an Electrical background to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of our hospital.

Job Details

- Position: Maintenance Supervisor
- Qualification: ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical or equivalent practical experience
- Duty Hours: 12 hours per day – Day Shift
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills
- Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage the overall maintenance of the hospital premises.
- Perform electrical repairs and maintenance, including wiring, lights, fans, switches, MCBs, and electrical panels.
- Monitor the functioning of DG sets, UPS, inverters, pumps, and other electrical equipment.
- Oversee plumbing, carpentry, civil repairs, painting, and other general maintenance activities.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure timely resolution of maintenance complaints.




- Coordinate with external technicians and service agencies whenever required.
- Maintain records of maintenance work, equipment servicing, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure proper functioning of hospital infrastructure and promptly attend to breakdowns.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and ensure minimal disruption to hospital operations.

Candidate Requirements

- Must have a strong practical background in electrical work.
- Previous experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in a hospital, hotel, or commercial building.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot electrical faults and coordinate general maintenance work.
- Responsible, punctual, proactive, and capable of managing maintenance activities independently.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
