SK Fireworks and Special Effects is looking for a poised, confident and customer focused Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will speak with customers and prospective clients, understand their requirements, follow up on enquiries and convert genuine enquiries into business.

Every call is a brand experience. We expect our Telecaller to carry herself the way the best premium brands do on the phone: calm, assured and always in command of the conversation, with the confidence of someone selling an American Express card or representing the Taj. Customers should feel they are dealing with a premium brand from the first sentence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers with a confident, polished introduction.
- Respond to customer enquiries professionally over phone, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services with authority, presenting SK Fireworks and Special Effects as the premium choice.
- Follow up systematically on leads, quotations and pending enquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer requirements and follow ups.
- Handle customer objections, questions and complaints calmly and professionally,



without becoming defensive or apologetic.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure that promised callbacks and follow ups are completed on time, every time.
- Build and maintain long term, positive relationships with customers.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate senior or team member when required.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow up and conversion targets.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Good spoken English and Hindi.
- Clear pronunciation and confident, well modulated telephone communication.
- Poise and presence: a voice that sounds assured, warm and premium.
- Ability to understand a customer's requirement and respond appropriately.
- Good listening skills and patience.
- Robust follow up discipline.
- Basic problem solving ability.
- Professional and polite communication, even with difficult customers.

Pay: ₹8,600.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
