Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Focal Point, Phase-VIII, Ludhiana

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the sheet metal and fasteners industry and will be responsible for effective production planning and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards.

- Plan and execute production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.

- Coordinate workflow between departments to optimize output.

- Implement strategies for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

- Education: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in the sheet metal, fasteners, or general manufacturing industry.

- Strong leadership skills with a background in production planning and operations management.

Work Schedule:

- Monday to Saturday,



9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Compensation:

- Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month.
