Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Payroll (Indian Payroll) to lead payroll operations for multiple clients across India, ensuring accurate processing, timely delivery, statutory compliance, and effective team and client management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity, and applicable labour laws.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the payroll team.
- Manage client relationships, resolve escalations, and ensure timely service delivery.
- Prepare payroll MIS, dashboards, and operational reports.
- Oversee payroll billing, invoicing, and revenue tracking.
- Improve payroll processes, accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Requirements





- 7–10 years of payroll experience, preferably in payroll outsourcing or HR services.
- Robust knowledge of Indian payroll and statutory compliance.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in payroll reporting.
- Proven experience in team management and client handling.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
