ABOUT THE ROLE

ARIA JEWELLERS is looking for an energetic, proactive, and people-oriented HR Sourcer to support our recruitment activities.

The role involves actively sourcing candidates through field visits, local networking, recruitment drives, direct candidate interaction, and other sourcing channels, along with supporting recruitment activities at the office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCandidate Sourcing & Field Recruitment

- Identify and source potential candidates through field visits, local networking, job-seeker interactions, colleges, institutes, and other recruitment sources.
- Conduct direct candidate sourcing and participate in recruitment drives.
- Build and maintain a robust local candidate database and talent network.
- Explain job opportunities, eligibility, salary, benefits, and job requirements to candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assess basic suitability.
- Collect candidate information, resumes, and contact details.
- Coordinate shortlisted candidates for interviews.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the Interview → Selection → Joining process.
- Identify and develop new local recruitment sources.
- Maintain daily sourcing and field activity records.

Office Recruitment Support

- Make candidate follow-up calls and coordinate interview schedules.
- Update candidate details in HR trackers / recruitment databases.
- Maintain recruitment records and daily reports.




- Coordinate with the HR team regarding candidate status and requirements.
- Support interview coordination and candidate management.
- Assist in recruitment advertisements and sourcing campaigns.
- Maintain proper candidate documentation.
- Support other HR and recruitment activities as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in interacting with candidates and the public.
- Good Tamil communication skills; basic English preferred.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and local travel.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / Google Forms / WhatsApp.
- Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude, energy, and willingness to learn.

ELIGIBILITY

- Any Degree / Diploma.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, field sales, telecalling, customer service, or candidate sourcing.
- Freshers with good communication and a willingness to work in recruitment are welcome.
- Candidates with good knowledge of Thanjavur and surrounding areas will be preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
