Job Overview
We are looking for a confident and motivated Business Development Intern to support our business development and client acquisition activities. The role involves lead generation, client communication, follow-ups, negotiation, and supporting deal closures.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate and research potential leads through LinkedIn, online platforms, calls, emails, and other channels.
- Connect with prospects, understand their requirements, and communicate Marcamor's services.
- Build relationships with prospects and manage regular follow-ups.
- Participate in client meetings, sales discussions, and assist with proposals and negotiations.
- Support the team in converting qualified leads into clients and closing deals.
- Maintain lead information and provide regular updates on business development activities.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of Business Development concepts and Business communication.
- Strong verbal and written communication with good interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales, lead generation,



and business development.
- Good negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Confident, proactive, target-oriented, and willing to interact with clients.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
- 0-6 months of relevant experience is required

Preferred Qualifications

- Internship or previous experience in BDE/Digital Marketing is a plus
- Basic knowledge of sales funnels and lead qualification
- Freshers and final-year students are encouraged to apply.
