We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Admission Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students about various IT training programs, understanding their career goals, and helping them choose the right course to achieve success in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel prospective students through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
- Explain course details, training modules, career outcomes, and placement opportunities.
- Maintain follow-up with leads to ensure maximum admissions.
- Coordinate with the academic and placement team for smooth onboarding and student support.
- Handle admission formalities, documentation, and fee processing.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain accurate records in CRM or database.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional activities organized by the institute.
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to students throughout their training journey.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology, or Business preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and presentation abilities.
- Valuable command of English and Malayalam.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
- Prior experience in counseling, tele-calling, or academic advising will be an added advantage.
- 2+ years of Experience in Edtech Industry.

Salary:

Commensurate with experience + Incentives based on admissions.

Working Hours:

9:30 AM – 5.30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
