About Hello Society

Hello Society is a smart Society & Apartment Management Platform developed by Omspire Technology Pvt. Ltd. Our solution helps residential apartments and gated communities manage visitor entries, maintenance billing, complaints, notices, security, amenities booking, resident communication, and more through an easy-to-use mobile app and web portal.

We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Field Sales Representatives to help us expand our presence by onboarding residential societies and apartment complexes.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit residential apartments, gated communities, and housing societies every day.
- Meet Society Secretaries, Chairpersons, Committee Members, Treasurers, Builders, and Property Managers.
- Present and demonstrate the Hello Society platform.
- Generate new business leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into customers.
- Coordinate with the onboarding team for successful implementation.
- Maintain daily visit reports and sales activity records.
- Achieve monthly onboarding and sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with residential communities.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree (Graduate) in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.




- Fluent in English and the local language (Bengali for Kolkata / Odia or Hindi for Bhubaneswar).
- Prior experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, or FMCG sales is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
- Must own a smartphone.
- Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned city.

Salary & Advantages

- Fixed Salary: ₹6,000 per month.
- Travel Allowance (TA): ₹200 per day for field visits, applicable upon visiting a minimum of 4 residential societies per day and submitting the daily visit report.
