Job Role - Freelance Hotel Sales & Marketing Manager

Position: Hotel Sales Agent / Commission-Based Sales Manager

Primary Objective:
To generate recent business for the our hotel through direct sales, corporate networking, travel agents, event organizers, wedding planners, online leads, and local businesses, and earn commission on successfully realized revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development
- Identify and approach new corporate and individual customers.
- Generate leads for room bookings, banquets, conferences and events.
- Develop relationships with companies, travel agencies and event planners.
- Promote hotel packages, rooms, banquet facilities and other services.
- Corporate Sales
- Approach companies for corporate room-rate agreements.
- Generate regular business from corporate houses.
- Develop relationships with HR, Admin, Procurement and Travel departments.
- Follow up for repeat bookings and long-term contracts.
- Room Sales
- Generate individual and group room bookings.
- Promote hotel during peak and low-demand periods.
- Target local companies,



hospitals, educational institutions, consultants and visiting professionals.
- Banquet & Event Sales
- Generate leads for:
- Weddings
- Birthday parties
- Conferences
- Meetings
- Seminars
- Corporate events
- Social functions
- Coordinate with the hotel sales team for quotations and negotiations.
- Travel & Tour Business
- Develop relationships with travel agents and tour operators.
- Generate group bookings and tourist business.
- Promote hotel to inbound and domestic tour operators.
- Lead Generation & Follow-Up
- Maintain a daily prospect list.
- Make calls, visits and WhatsApp/email follow-ups.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain records of enquiries, quotations and conversions.
- Market Development
- Identify new customer segments and business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor hotels, rates and offers.
- Provide market feedback to hotel management.
