- Manage and dispense medications to patients, ensuring proper usage and dosage instructions.
- Conduct regular patient consultations to assess medication needs and provide personalized advice.
- Develop and implement effective medication therapy plans with healthcare teams.
- Collaborate with physicians to ensure accurate prescriptions and medication histories.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, medications, and dispensing activities.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
