Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Workday Finance & Payroll Integration Consultant to provide hands-on job support for Workday Finance and Payroll integration activities. The consultant will assist with integration development, troubleshooting, testing, production support, and resolving day-to-day technical issues across Workday Financial Management and Payroll.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience with Workday integrations, Workday Finance, Payroll, EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, APIs, and integration troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide hands-on job support for Workday Finance and Payroll integration activities.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday integrations.
- Work with Workday Integration System (IS), EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
- Support integrations between Workday and external payroll, HR, banking, financial, and third-party systems.
- Analyze integration errors, failed transactions, and data discrepancies.
- Troubleshoot Workday Payroll and Financial Management integration issues.
- Support inbound and outbound integrations using Workday integration technologies.
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, XSLT, and web services.
- Assist with integration mapping, transformation, validation, and data reconciliation.
- Support payroll-related integrations including employee, compensation, deductions, benefits, payroll results, and payment-related data.
- Support Finance integrations involving Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Accounting, and Financial Transactions.
- Assist with integration testing, unit testing, regression testing, and UAT support.




- Monitor scheduled integrations and investigate integration failures.
- Review integration event logs and identify root causes of issues.
- Provide production support and resolve integration incidents within required timelines.
- Assist with Workday security and integration-related configuration where required.
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer when required.

- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Integrations.
- Workday Finance / Financial Management experience.
- Workday Payroll integration experience.
- Workday Studio.
- EIB – Enterprise Interface Builder.
- Core Connectors.
- Workday Web Services / REST and SOAP APIs.
- XML, JSON, XSLT and data transformation.
- Integration troubleshooting and production support.
- Experience with inbound and outbound integrations.
- Understanding of Workday business processes and security.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

- Workday Financial Management modules such as:
- General Ledger

- Banking & Settlement
- Accounting Center
- Workday Payroll integrations.
- Third-party payroll/vendor integrations.
- Banking and payment integrations.
- Experience working with complex integration requirements and data mapping.
- Experience supporting production environments.

Job Support Requirements

- Availability for 2–3 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
- Must be comfortable providing real-time technical guidance and hands-on support.
- Should be able to troubleshoot issues quickly during support hours.
- Robust communication and problem-solving skills are required.
- Candidates with recent hands-on Workday Finance and Payroll integration project experience are preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
