We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage Search, Display, Performance Max and lead generation campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, CPL, CTR, ROAS and other key metrics.
- Optimize campaigns based on performance and business requirements.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and competitor analysis.
- Create and manage campaign budgets and daily ad spends.
- Work with the design/content team for ad creatives and copies.
- Set up and monitor Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.
- Stay updated with the latest changes in Google, Meta and other digital advertising platforms.





Required Skills

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
- Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
- Good understanding of CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate and campaign optimization.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets independently.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred

- Experience handling monthly advertising budgets.
- Experience in B2B lead generation will be an advantage.
- Experience with website landing pages and basic understanding of SEO will be an added advantage.

What We Are Looking For

We are specifically looking for a candidate who has actually managed performance marketing campaigns, rather than someone whose experience is limited to social media posting, content creation or basic digital marketing activities.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and practical knowledge.
