Job Summary

ABS HR Consultancy is looking for an experienced Chinese & Tandoori Master with strong hands-on expertise in preparing Chinese and tandoori dishes in a commercial kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of Chinese dishes and tandoori items as per restaurant standards.
- Handle wok, tandoor, and related kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prepare sauces, marinades, and mise en place as required.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, portion sizes, and presentation.
- Manage the workstation efficiently during busy hours.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
- Monitor ingredient usage and minimize food wastage.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff for smooth daily operations.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Chinese & Tandoori Chef/Master.




- Strong practical knowledge of Chinese cooking and tandoori preparation.
- Hands-on experience with wok, tandoor, sauces, marinades, and kitchen equipment.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Good teamwork, discipline, and time-management skills.

General Requirements

- Previous restaurant experience preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.
- Good teamwork, discipline, and a professional attitude.
- Immediate joining preferred.
- Candidates from Odisha, Bihar, and other states are welcome.
- Food/accommodation can be discussed with the employer.
