Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates for the role of Insurance Sales Executive. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and an interest in customer interaction and sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Explain insurance products, benefits, and policy details.
- Generate sales through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
- Build positive customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
- Kannada is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in Kannada and English.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.




- Candidates with telesales or sales experience are preferred.
- Previous insurance sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong convincing and customer-handling skills.

Salary & Incentives

- Freshers: Up to ₹25,000 CTC, depending on communication skills.
- Experienced Sales Candidates: Up to ₹30,000 CTC.
