Job Role: Field Sales Executive

In-Hand Salary: ₹18,500 per month
Petrol Allowance: ₹1,900 per month
Total Monthly Fixed Payout: ₹20,400

Job Responsibilities

- Visit local shops, retail outlets, showrooms, and business establishments to generate new business.
- Approach merchants and explain the perks of the Bajaj Pay EDC (Card Swiping Machine).
- Acquire new merchants and help them start accepting card and other supported digital payments.
- Generate leads, meet merchants, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for merchant onboarding, documentation, machine installation, and activation.
- Build strong relationships with merchants to generate repeat business and referrals.

IMPORTANT: THIS IS A 100% FIELD SALES JOB

- This is a proper field job, not a hybrid job or an office-based job.
- Candidates must be comfortable travelling in the assigned market and meeting merchants daily.
- The role involves direct merchant visits, business development, and sales target achievement.
- Candidates looking for work-from-home, hybrid, or desk-based jobs should not apply.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates with experience in EDC, POS machines,



or Merchant Acquiring will be given preference.

We especially welcome candidates who have previously worked with:

- EDC/POS machine sales
- Merchant Acquiring
- Payment solutions and digital payments
- Banks, NBFCs, fintech companies, or payment service providers
- Merchant onboarding and payment terminal activation
