- Halovolt manufactures LFP lithium battery packs in Rajkot for home inverters, solar energy storage, commercial & industrial ESS and EVs.

What you’ll do

- Build and manage a network of dealers, distributors, solar installers and EPCs across Saurashtra and Gujarat
- Build business growth strategies
- Sell our inverter-battery combos and 51.2V energy storage modules
- Generate leads, give product demos, negotiate pricing and close orders
- Follow up on payments and collect customer feedback for the product team
- Report on monthly targets, pipeline and market pricing

What we’re looking for

- 2–5 years in B2B sales of inverters, batteries, solar or electrical products
- Existing contacts with dealers or installers in Gujarat (robust plus)
- Basic understanding of batteries, inverters or solar systems
- Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi, working English

What we offer

Fixed salary + performance incentives and the chance to grow with an early-stage manufacturer.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
