We are looking for a warm, confident, and target-oriented Admissions Counsellor to manage parent enquiries and drive admissions for our preschool.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and digital leads.
- Understand parents’ requirements and effectively communicate the preschool’s programs and approach.
- Conduct school tours and guide parents through the admission process.
- Follow up with prospective parents and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate lead and admission records.
- Build strong relationships with parents and ensure a positive experience.
- Coordinate with the Centre Head and academic team for smooth onboarding.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, sales,



or a similar role; preschool experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and parent-friendly approach.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working with targets and maintaining lead records.

Important Expectations

No shouting, punishment, threatening, shaming or harsh behaviour with children. Child safety, dignity and emotional well-being are non-negotiable.
