### Job Overview

Midaspire Global Services LLP is urgently hiring candidates for the position of Outbound Lead Generation Executive. The role involves interacting with U.S.-based customers, identifying potential prospects, and generating qualified leads.

Freshers and candidates with 0–6 months of experience are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior experience in international sales, lead generation, or customer interaction will be preferred.

### Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound communication with U.S.-based customers.

- Identify potential prospects and generate qualified leads.

- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.

- Maintain professional communication with customers and prospects.

- Follow up with potential leads as required.





- Maintain accurate lead and customer information.

- Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.

### Requirements

- HSC / 12th or above.

- Freshers and candidates with 0–6 months of experience can apply.

- Candidates with international sales or lead generation experience will be preferred.

- Excellent English communication skills.

- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.

- Comfortable working in a night shift.

- Willingness to work from the office.
