Job Description:

Mojo Auto Cafe is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team in Kochi. Candidates with experience in the automotive industry or car showroom field are preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Attend to customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.

- Explain service options, repair work, and related costs to customers.

- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.

- Prepare service estimates, job cards, and service records.

- Follow up with customers regarding service updates and feedback.

- Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive field or car showroom.

- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.

- Knowledge of vehicle servicing and automotive products.

- Ability to coordinate with technicians and manage customer enquiries.

Salary: ₹20,000 per month + performance-based incentives.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
