Team member- gold loans

- Source new Gold Loan customers and achieve business acquisition targets.
- Conduct accurate appraisal and valuation of gold ornaments as per company guidelines.
- Process Gold Loan applications and ensure completeness of documentation.
- Verify KYC documents and maintain regulatory compliance.
- Handle disbursement, renewal, part-payment, closure, and release of pledged gold.
- Manage customer relationships and address customer queries efficiently.
- Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
- Follow up with customers for renewals, overdue accounts, and repayments.
- Ensure safe handling, storage, and custody of pledged gold ornaments.
- Maintain branch records, registers, and MIS reports.
- Support branch operations and contribute to overall business growth.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0-3 years of experience in Gold Loans, Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, Retail Sales, or Customer Service.
- Freshers with strong customer handling skills may also be considered.
- Knowledge of gold appraisal and lending processes will be an added advantage.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
